Mock ups

This is to show the development in the font that I was using for the logo. In the end i chose to go with Helvetica Bold. This is because it was bold and looked like the existing google logo font. I used the shape and colour picker tool in illustrator. I think that i will go with this design because it is so simple and yet everyone will know that it is still google. I also believe that i will have the shapes as the logo on the actual site but on the advertisements, i will have the text over the top. 'google has a new look' I think that this will work because it shows my target market that google has changed but not so much that it is unrecognizable but new and refreshing to see a new design. To have a target market of everyone is hard when you are rebranding a brand that has been loved by everyone. That is why i have chosen to keep the same colour palette.
